Greetings from the AlterNet staff and wow, are we feeling inspired! In the last 10 days, we've received more than a thousand six-word love notes from readers -- telling us how much they rely on AlterNet every day to publish truth, exposés and progressive analysis of the political moment. (Maybe you even sent us one yourself?) What's this all about? You may have heard that we're running a fun little contest right now -- tell us what AlterNet means to you in six words. Suffice it say, we are feeling the love! In fact, we've received so many compelling entries, we talked the boss into adding two more prizes… so now five winners will receive $100 cash! We've made this contest part of our Spring Fundraising drive because we wanted to have a little fun with you. And we're excited to say that it's working. But we need your help.
