Animation Software Review: KoolMoves 7.0 Animation Software
Anyone who knows this site knows I'm always looking for low-cost alternatives to Flash that offer at least 75% of the same functionality, especially with everyone trying to cut corners in the current economic downturn. I'd hoped I'd found that in KoolMoves 7.0 - but despite offering a very wide array of features, its valiant effort falls woefully short of being a Flash substitute.
