Hello Floridians!

Farm Sanctuary’s Advocacy Campaign Team is teaming up with the 1st Annual Florida Week for the Animals, presented by Animal World USA. Between February 7 and 15 several events throughout the Sunshine State will raise awareness far and wide about animal issues.

Farm Sanctuary is celebrating the Florida Week for the Animals with some special Valentine’s Day No Foie Gras activities: peaceful leafletings, tablings, demonstrations, and social events throughout the state in an effort to educate others about the horrors involved in the force-feeding of ducks and geese. I hope you will join other Florida activists as they take part in our international efforts to educate restaurants and the general public about foie gras cruelty, asking them to make the compassionate decision to Say No to Foie Gras. Yes, I did say “international”— Farm Sanctuary will be holding similar Valentine’s Day outreach events throughout the United States, Canada, and South Africa.

I hope you will help us spread the word to Have a Heart and Say No to Foie Gras! The details are below.
