I thought this research was fascinating, so I'm including it in today's newsletter. What's fascinating to me is how researchers seem to be finding scientific links between seemingly nebulous concepts, like stress, and concrete diseases.

I think it's heartening for those of us who try to treat the whole person instead of just a disease. Maybe when your doctor asks about the stress in your life, he's actually trying to get to the root of your problem, instead of just temporarily making some physical manifestation go away. Hmm....
