Welcome to 2009! It's a little unnerving to think that we've been doing this for 16 years. It was nice for a few days in Seattle but we got a bit more snow today. It has turned to rain, so it'll probably be gone by morning. One of the office cats had a broken tooth, so Melissa pulled it. He freaks whenever she gets near him. To him, both her and her mom are the bringers of noise and pain. She took him in to get the rest of his teeth checked and he had to have four more teeth pulled, including one of his fangs. Surprisingly, he looks better. He was still out of it when he got home. We have him in one of the giant cages in the office so we can keep an eye on him. He seems to like the big cage. He's got his own food and water and a bunch of nice blankets. The other office cat is worried about him and has been sleeping on top of the cage or right next to it. He really doesn't like the antibiotics, but we found that if we mix it up with canned kitty food, he eats al!
l of it. We'll keep him in there for the rest of week while we have to give him the antibiotics and then he can start sleeping on his favorite chair again. I've been smoking a bunch of odd Padillas this week. Enjoy the specials.
