About: asql allows you to run SQL queries against log files formatted in
the Apache common log file format. You may load multiple log files into a
session, then run queries using a full SQL implementation, to find things
such as the most common referers to your site, the greediest downloaders,
and much more. Internally, each log file is parsed and imported into a
temporary SQLite database, so performance is very good.
Changes: This release correctly handles dates when importing log files;
previously, the month of December was not handled correctly.

About: Blitz templates is a fast PHP template engine written in C and
compiled as a PHP extension. It started as a php_templates replacement, but
developed into much more. It is based on extensible template controllers
(custom view classes in PHP) and weakly-active templates (simple logic in
HTML). Benchmarks show that it is one of the fastest template engines for
PHP, even though it's not trivial and makes Web application closer to a
smart MVC-like architecture model with maximal separation of HTML from your
code. It was designed for big high-load Internet projects with a lot of
complex presentation logic.
Changes: A segfault when processing some "broken" templates was fixed.

About: DABAJAX Toolkit was created to auto-complete elements in an HTML
document with data from an Oracle database (future releases will use a
database abstraction layer to become independent database). This toolkit
was created to simplify use of AJAX, where you only need to create
Javascript to define your filters and fields to be filled, and create a
simple server script to send data to be processed to an AjaxController
class (which will do the hard work). It was initially designed for
situations when you have some fields that must be filled when the user
types something in another field (like a primary key field), and this field
loses the focus (onblur event) causing other fields to be filled.

About: Libev is a high-performance event loop for C (with optional and
separate interfaces for C++ and Perl), featuring support for I/O, timers
(relative and absolute, cron-like ones), signals, process status changes,
and other types of events. It has both a fast native API and libevent
emulation to support programs written using the libevent API. The libev
distribution consists of libevent with the core event handling parts
replaced by the libev embedded event loop. Differences to libevent include
higher speed, simpler design, more features, less memory usage,
embedability, and no arbitrary limits. libev supports epoll, kqueue,
Solaris event ports, poll, and select.
Changes: Inotify usage has been disabled on Linux kernels older than
2.6.25 due to bugs in those kernels. ev_once can now signal both EV_TIMEOUT
an EV_READ/WRITE when both occur in the same iteration. Before, only
EV_TIMEOUT would be signaled in that case. Libev will now disable use of
inotify at compile time if the inotify header file is too old and finally,
libev would try to register inotify watchers even when inotify was not in
use. This silently failed, but should not have been attempted in the first
place.

simple rule files is able to download, compile, and install software for
Slackware installations. As the installation is done using checkinstall, a
Slackware package is created. The big strength of makepack is that it has
mechanisms to keep track of dependencies when downloading and installing
software.

About: QuteCom (formerly WengoPhone) is a multi-platform VoIP client. The
GUI is Qt-based, and the Video-over-IP engine is based on the eXosip, oSIP,
