Can you believe Thanksgiving is just around the corner!? Before you know it, it will be Christmas! We ARE OPEN on Thanksgiving from 10 AM to 6 PM. We wish you and and your families a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving!
Many thanks to all of you who came out to support KidsAbility last weekend! Lori spent most of the day locked in the display window creating cards, all for a good cause. We were happy to see her released at 5:40 PM, when we sold the 500th card! We were able to sell 520 cards in total and could not have done it without you! We are now able to donate just over $1000 to KidsAbility! Thank you so much for your support.
Lori and I are heading to Utah on Monday for a week! We are excited, once again, to attend the QuicKutz Platinum Retailer Event! A week with QuicKutz, what more can you ask for? We also plan to visit our friends at American Crafts, Scenic Route and We R Memorykeepers, so we are definitely going to be busy. We plan on blogging from Utah, so be sure to check in on our adventures!
Of course, if we are going to Utah, you know what that means... we will be ordering more stuff to bring into the store! I don't know if you have been in lately, but Bev sure did give me an earful today about how we are OUT OF ROOM! So I guess that means we need to make some room! It's back by popular demand! Our Spring Yard Sale is always so successful that many of you have asked for a Fall Yard Sale ... you've got it! It's time to start sorting and purging your unwanted scrapbook supplies. If you are unfamiliar with our yard sale, this is how it works - you get a registration packet from us, you sort your supplies and fill out the forms, you bring your box of goodies to us, we sell them for you and you get store credit equal to the amount of your sold items! It's that simple. Then you get to spend that gift certificate on new stuff in the store! And there is definitely not a short supply of new items these days! Haunted Mill Halloween Crop

Does the Mill really go "bump" at night? Many who have cropped with us in the past have their own opinions on that. Now is your chance to find out for yourself! Join us for our Haunted Mill Halloween Crop and some spooky good fun! Can you crop until the wee hours of the morning? Do you REALLY want to leave while it is dark? The Mill was in operation into the 1970s from the late 1800s, so many things have taken place within its walls. Our store is located in the original mill space, not one of the "modern" add-ons. This will be no ordinary Friday Night Pizza Crop! We will be celebrating Halloween in true Turtle style with a costume contest, ghoulish goodie bags, goblin games and of course a trick errr uhhh treat! Definitely not for the weak of heart. We'll see you there... if you dare...
