Peter’s selling beautifully appointed condos on the beach for well under $100,000. Mostly to British, Irish, and Scandinavians. Only two remain in his 36-unit Palm Beach project, less than an hour’s drive from the airport. I imagine they’ll be sold by the end of our three-day pow-wow.
