Spring has finally sprung and we can all look forward to warmer days ahead! And day lights saving graces us with it's presence next week...yippee!! (except QLD!)
This is the time of the year we now start to bring out the shorts, the tops, the dresses and beachwear (the dreaded bikini!). Many people are now kickstaring their fitness and exercise regime whether it be at the gym or outdoors. Well done
to all those who took part in the Blackmores marathon, half marathon and bridge run - a fantastic challenge not to mention a wonderful way to raise money for charity.
