See how to take care of business on the go.

Get your e-mail delivered to your mobile phone
How do you watch for important business e-mail when you’re out running errands or at your child’s soccer game? By having your e-mail delivered directly to your mobile phone or other device. If you’re an Office Live Small Business customer using a Windows Mobile device, it’s easy to do. Find out how to get e-mail on your mobile device.

Outlook Connector makes e-mail available any time
You’re at a café waiting to meet with a client who called to say he’d be late. So you bring out your laptop to catch up on your e-mail. The problem is, if there’s no Internet available, you can’t connect to your Web-based e-mail. The solution? Use Microsoft Office Outlook with the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector to sync your e-mail, calendar, contacts, business documents, and more so you can have access to this important information even when you are offline. If you already use the Outlook Connector, an updated version now includes calendar sync. Learn how the Outlook Connector works.

Store Manager
TIP: How to turn Store Manager on and off
Store Manager keeps on taking orders for products even when you’re out of the office. But if you’re away for extended periods and unable to process and ship items, you may want to deactivate Store Manager while you’re gone. This removes the Product List and Product Details pages from your Web site, but it does not delete product data from your store. Here’s how to do it:

1. In Store Manager, on the left navigation bar, click Settings.
2. Click My Store Activation.
3. Click Deactivate My Store.

When you’re ready to make your store live again, follow the same steps but click Activate My Store in Step 3.
