We're trying to find a company like Leadenhall or Willis which can deliver newspapers to our regional offices (Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham etc). Does anyone have any ideas (apart from local newsagents)?

I have been asked by a school nurse whether there has ever been an example of a UK school, or member of staff, being sued for failure to administer adrenaline treatment following an allergic reaction in a pupil.
I should make it clear this does not mean legal action for failing to take preventive measures to avoid the reaction in the first place; she means specifically for failing to administer the Epipen, or similar, once the reaction has occured.
I have searched various Biomedical databases (CINAHL, Embase, BNI, Medline) and numerous search engines, to no avail. I thought it would be more thorough if somebody could briefly check legal databases or newspaper archives.

I have been asked to find a software solution for managing a room full of approximately 1500 books, journals and official documents. Most of the items are currently recorded on a basic database. There will be approximately 50 users of this (not very busy) library, both on and off-site so the ideal solution would involve an online, password-protected, presence.
The software would need to accommodate links to electronic resources, and feature circulation as well as cataloguing modules.
Having scoped the territory, most of the products I have found tend to be more suited to bigger, busier libraries. I would love some recommendations from anyone who has found a happy solution in similar circumstances.
