Usually my Friday newsletter is full of recipes and food tips. This week is different because yesterday was a Big Day in the low-carb community. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine confirmed that low-carb is a healthy way to eat, and the people in the study eating low-carb lost more weight (though no one lost a whole lot). By Monday I hope to have a complete analysis of the study, but we can start with these reports and blogs.
