Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to chronic pain conditions, including arthritis. After researchers reviewed 22 clinical studies, most chronic pain patients were found to have inadequate levels of vitamin D.
Arthritis patients take several medications that increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. It's critical that you know the signs of gastrointestinal bleeding -- because it can happen at any time and it can quickly become an emergency.
Eating pomegranate extract can reduce inflammation associated with several diseases, including arthritis. Researchers from a university in Ohio made the discoverty after feeding the extract to rabbits.
