An upward departure sentence for making, uttering, and possessing
forged securities of an organization is affirmed where, contrary to
defendant's claims: 1) corrective measures taken by the district
court were sufficient to correct its error in failing to address
defendant or permit allocution until after the sentence had been
imposed; and 2) the sentence imposed was reasonable.
