    FRANKLIN — Angola’s Jordan Essman shot a 1-over par 73 Tuesday in the second and final round of the PGA Indiana Women’s Open at The Legends of Indiana Golf Course. That lifted the Angola High graduate into a tie for ninth place with 154.
