This morning in MY mediation, I was saying
prayers of gratitude for you. Yes, I really believe
that you are among the most wonderful treasure
on this earth.

I was asking for some guidance on some
techniques that would be helpful to you.
My guide Sol, gave me this simple yet powerful
exercise.
This can help you deepen your healing
and your mediation.

Sit down and relax.

Thump your thymus.

Breathe in and out softly.

Relax your feet, now legs, now whole torso.

Relax your arms, hands and fingers.

Relax your jaw, your eyelids; let your
eyeballs roll backwards for a moment.

Relax...

Imagine a very large pyramid shape of clear,
golden, light settles over your body.
There is a golden star at the very apex
of this golden pyramid shape.

A line of light extends way up into the universal
galaxies from the middle of this star.
A line of light extends downward through
your chakra systems to the very core of
the earth.

Ask the star to gather info for you to
help you today.

Imagine the line of light going upwards from
the star is like a gigantic magnet, drawing
exactly what you need today.

The star then takes the magnetized particles
and adjusts them to YOUR energy before
you take that energy in.

You now bring the "adjusted particles of energy"
down to your heart center to be incorporated
into your hearts function on your behalf.

You watch as the line of light goes down to
the earth's core to connect you fully with
the whole universe.

Relax.

As you real, imagine you hear the sound of
ancient bells and monks chanting faintly.

Smell the delicate scent of fresh roses.


Feel the touch of pure light pulsating on
your skin.

The taste in your mouth has the sweetness
of honey.

If you could open your eyes, you could
only see light.

Relax, imagine the line of light going
throughout all your chakras is expanding
to soothe and adjust every cell
for your comfort.

The light expands outward to your auric
field and begins to repair and cleanse your aura.

Everything that is NOT 100% pure light must
leave your auric field.

Now your aura is clean, strong and you
are protected.
Enjoy the relaxation as long as you
like before coming back.

test. You may feel the same way.
