    Auburn girls finalists in state pageants

    At left, Megan Thwaites of Garrett is crowned Miss Indiana Outstanding Teen by Miss Indiana Outstanding Teen 2007 Morgan Jackson Friday night in Zionsville. Thwaites is the daughter of John and Sandra Thwaites and will be a junior at Garrett High School this fall. She will travel to Orlando, Fla., Aug. 21 for the Miss America Outstanding Teen pageant. Above, Lydia Daley of Auburn is named second runner-up at the Miss Indiana Outstanding Teen pageant Friday night in Zionsville. Daley is the daughter of Stephen Daley and Brenda Daley, both of Auburn. She will be a sophomore at DeKalb High School this fall. At the bottom are Megan Meadors, left, and Jessica Butler. Both were named top 10 finalists in the Miss Indiana pageant Saturday night in Zionsville. Meadors, Miss Pride of Indiana, is pursuing a master’s degree in occupational therapy at the University of Indianapolis. Butler, Miss IPFW, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne.
