The Friday Party
Sugar may be sweet but sometimes we like to be a
little bit naughty. For the next seven weeks we're looking to raise a
little hell in Xintiandi.
The first installment of our 7 Deadly
Sins' Parties sees the celebration of all things sweet and delicious. In
the "real" world Gluttony means greed, excess and¡ cellulite. At Sugar,
it means something altogether more fabulous. We think there's nothing wrong
in some wickedly delicious indulgence, so we're putting on a party fit for
lovers of good food, good drink and good music.
Between 9pm and
midnight ALL standard drinks and delicious Sugar treats will be available
for only 150rmb.
Sinners who come to every party will be rewarded
at the last event - come along on Friday to find out more.
So
bring yourselves, bring an appetite, bring a fork, and come gorge yourself
silly. Remember: sometimes it's good to be bad.

With summer finally here, we thought it appropriate to bring a
little taste of England to our adopted home in Xintiandi. Starting from
June 15th, and running till the end of August, we have teamed up with nail
and beauty specialists, Diva Life, and laid on a quite scrumptious feast of
teas and cakes for our Diva¡¯s Afternoon Tea special.
For only 168RMB two people will be able to enjoy a selection of
goodies, including mini blueberry and chocolate muffins, dark cherry tarts,
and layered chocolate and coffee cakes. Our choices of teas are just as
impressive, with a range of 10 popular teas on offer, with Darjeeling,
Mountain Spring Jasmine, Earl Grey and English Breakfast, to name but four.
What¡¯s more, each person will get a Diva Life trial voucher worth
50RMB.
Our refined and elegant venue located in the heart of the vibrant and
popular Xintiandi also offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle
of the city. All in all, this has the makings of a wonderfully quaint,
English affair.

the week from 11am with morning coffees
and pre-lunch sweet treats whilst soaking up the
sun on the terrace, or how about an
indulgent afternoon tea served from 2pm to
5pm, or of course, our divine Sugar cakes and
chocolates are always available to eat in
or take-away, any time of day.
