Josh Beckett's pitching and Coco Crisp's offensive effort, which included a two-run homer in the second, led the Sox to a showy 9-0 victory over the Cincinnati Reds. Beckett allowed just one extra-base hit, and did not allow a Red to reach third. (Boston Globe)
