The other day I noticed after I got my cart that this particular Wal-Mart had set up a small table with free hand-sanitizer. Perfect! This is a very small touch that shows me that this business is looking at itself from the customer's point of view.

And speaking of hand sanitizer, don't you love this dispenser that one gas station installed AT its pumps? Perfect because it's almost impossible to get gas without getting the smell of gasoline on your hands, no matter how careful you are. And nothing goes with a $50 fill-up...
