	from Jen Hubley A million years ago (in cell phone time) Apple announced that they were coming out with the Coolest Phone Ever, and I decided that I would buy the very first prototype I could get my hands on. Then they came out, and were fives of hundreds of dollars and my beat-up Nokia started to look better and better.

AT&T Announces iPhone 3G Pricing Plans
Apple also announced a $30 data usage plan for the iPhone, which sounds great, as long as you don't bother adding in the voice plan. Then it's still pretty pricey. I'm waiting for the super-cheap plan, which will probably include a string you can use to tie your iPhone to your best friend's iPhone ... and then only let you talk to each other on your super aesthetically pleasing tin cans.
