It's hard to believe it's June already! Wow, does time every fly. Summer is soon upon us, and I believe I have already heard grumbles in favour of year round schooling. Whatever your plans are this summer, I hope you have included some scrapbooking! Summer brings some pretty hot and humid days, so what better way to spend them than locked in an air conditioned room with all of your scrapbook goodies!

Supplies Needed:
This month's Crash Your stash is about giving. We will be creating a gift “basket” for you to give as a gift – or keep as a gift for you!!! Crash your Stash is the last week school - so if you are looking for a teacher gift – this could be it!!!!
So here is what you need to do to prepare:
- Pick a theme for the gift (i.e. summer, garden, pamper, cooking, etc) – you know those cool gift baskets.
- Take a short shopping trip and put together an assortment of small gifts to go in the “basket”
- From your stash – coordinate supplies to decorate the “basket”. Supplies should include the following:
- 3 patterned papers
- cardstock
- scraps of coordinating paper
- lots of ribbon
- rub on letters
- you will need these supplies, but you can bring other things to dress it up
If we have time we will try to squeeze in some other things as well, so for that kit you will want to prepare:
- cardstock for background paper
- 2-3 patterned papers
- flowers, buttons, large brads, other embellishments
- letters for a title
- there are circles on this layout, so if you have a circle cutter please bring it
- photos – will be cut in circles approximately – 1- 4” and 3 – 3 ½”
