I hope you had a happy week! This week's newest products reminded me of a day in Labadee, Haiti, that I had on my last cruise. Pristine beaches, clear blue water and warm breezes welcomed us on Royal Caribbean's Private Island.
We walked across the island and found a spot near the water under some shade trees. We relaxed in chaise lounges and when we got too hot (about 5 minutes later) we went straight for that clear blue water. The water had no waves and was very warm, so we comfortably just strolled in and stayed there bobbing in the water most of the day. Shorts clad waiters walked the shore line offering up their island libation called a Labaduzee, nice, cold and tropically delicious. Some of us stayed on the chaise lounges and read a novel, some of us listened to music and some of us donned binoculars and watched the "zip-liners" fly across the ocean. It was the perfect beach day and everyone had a great day.
