Despite ASPCA-Spearheaded Law, Animal Hoarding Proves Tough Habit To Break An Illinois woman who made headlines in 2000 for extreme animal hoarding recently was discovered living in a van with more than 25 cats and a dog. The ASPCA is working hard to raise awareness of this behavior that can result in serious health consequences for people and animals. Health Alert: Seasonal Fruits Can Harm Pets They may be delightful for humans, but some of these sweet treats can be potentially toxic to your companion animals.
Got presents of mind? The ASPCA is looking for a Manager of Major Gifts to oversee a portfolio of major Tri-State donors and increase current levels of annual giving. Our ideal candidate is a team player and will provide major support in securing funds for the ASPCA’s five-year, $50 million Anti-Cruelty Campaign. If you’re experienced with fundraising principles and practices and enjoy developing creative strategies for gift cultivation, we’d love to hear from you! The ASPCA offers generous benefit packages for full-time employees. And an added bonus is time to play with dogs and cats during your lunch break! Please submit your resume and salary requirements for our prompt consideration. |
