Aceh, with a US$4.8 billion international aid commitment, is setting about building a civil infrastructure from a war and tsunami-shattered economy. Said Usman is this week's nurse on the frontline. With the ever-increasing popularity of low-cost travel, the fast:track team asks whether travellers would consider low-cost flights for long-haul trips. If flying as far as possible for as little as possible is the aim, Air Asia says that it may have the answer, with the launch of its new airline, which will offer a long-haul service at a budget price. Also this week, viewers can experience the ultimate adventure holiday when John McIntyre dons his chain-mail suit to find out why tourists are spending millions on the thrill of feeding sharks by hand in the Bahamas. Plus, there's a guide to what to do if you have 24 hours in the Bulgarian capital Sofia - one of the newest countries to join the ever-expanding European Union.
