Harman Pro Sells U.K., Ireland Distribution
New York (May 27, 2008)--Sound Technology plc has acquired the distribution business of the Harman Professional Group in the United Kingdom and Ireland from Harman International Industries, Inc. Through the agreement, Sound Technology gets the current sales personnel and infrastructure, as well as exclusive distribution rights for JBL Professional, Crown, Soundcraft, AKG, dbx, BSS Audio and Lexicon products in the U.K. and Ireland.
