Go Passionately Pink for the Cure
 | Cynthia Nixon Photo © Komen Foundation |
Are you a Passionista when it comes to breast cancer? Do you wear pink frequently? Do you hand out pink ribbon magnets and pins to your friends and coworkers? Then you might be ready to try Passionately Pink for the Cure, a day of pinkness and fund raising. Choose any day from May to October, band together with your fellow Pinksters, wear pink, and donate $5 (or more) to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Register your group, and you'll get pins, booklets, and breast health information. This year's Ambassador for the Komen Fund is award-winning actress Cynthia Nixon, best known for her role as Miranda on the long-running television series Sex and the City (soon to be a movie!). Both Cynthia and her mother are breast cancer survivors, and know the value of being armed with knowledge and support. They are ready to go Passionately Pink for the Cure - are you?
