J.M. Brennan acquires Racine contractor
11:20 AM Milwaukee mechanical contractor J.M. Brennan has purchased H.V.A.C. of Wisconsin Inc., a Racine-based company that installs and maintains heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. As a result, Brennan can expand its services to customers in Racine, Kenosha and Walworth counties. All H.V.A.C. employees will remain with the company, and Brennan plans to hire additional workers. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
