ELKHART — The body of a Topeka man was found Saturday morning at the Earthmovers Landfill, located at 26488 C.R. 26, Elkhart.

  • Grants received for wastewater system improvements

        Lt. Governor Becky Skillman announced that 33 rural communities will receive Community Focus Fund (CFF) grants totaling $15,100,767.  The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs administers the grants, which are funded through the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.  This is the seventh round of CFF grants the Lt. Governor has awarded since 2005.
