TBWA/Chiat/Day/N.Y. has confirmed that Mark Figliulo, CCO of Y&R/Chicago will be taking the top creative post at the agency, filling the slot vacated by Gerry Graf in January. Talk of Figliulo as Graf's successor began in March, but a representative from TBWA said today that a deal has finally been made.
