2008Q2 Grant Proposals
The Perl Foundation has published its list of 2008 Q2 grant proposals. The
grants committee welcomes comments on the proposals before voting begins.
(There are plenty of great proposals this time).
Perl must decentralize, diversify and colonize
Andy Lester thinks that the centralization model of Perl is unhealthy and
recommends a policy of colonization.
