A month and a half into baseball season, several teams are
showing their muscle with high home run totals. Last year,
Tufts physicist Roger Tobin found that increased muscle
mass that can be generated by steroid use could help
batters knock 50 percent more baseballs out of the park.

The Wendell Phillips Memorial Scholarship is given annually
to the junior or senior who has best demonstrated both
marked ability as a speaker and a high sense of public
responsibility. The recipient of the scholarship
traditionally gives an address at commencement.
