In a prosecution for sexual assault of a minor, denial of habeas
corpus relief is affirmed over claims that the court inappropriately
admitted testimony which the police had allegedly coerced from the
minor by threatening to keep the minor away from her newborn child.

affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) sufficiency of the
evidence to sustain the conviction for conspiracy; 2) ineffective
assistance of counsel; 3) the court's calculation of the drug
quantity which could be attributable to the defendant; 4) the
increase in the sentence based on his supervisory role in the
offense; and 5) the judge's failure to set a payment schedule for a
fine.
