Welcome to the new and improved Windows Logo Program Newsletter. With this edition, we are excited to announce two important changes. We now categorize our newsletter content into a series of sections to make it easier for you to find specific news and announcements.
In addition, we are modifying our newsletter publication schedule. We will continue to publish weekly; however, we now publish the newsletter each Tuesday for our customers in the USA.

The Audio Fidelity test in the Windows Logo Kit (WLK) version 1.2 does not accept exported log files from WLK version 1.1. If you use WLK 1.2 Audio Fidelity test to import a log file that was exported from WLK 1.1, the test will import the log file but will fail the test. To address this issue, the Windows Logo Program will allow WLK 1.1 Audio Fidelity log files to be used in WLK 1.2. An errata filter has been created to address this issue. To obtain the latest set of errata filters, download and save the following updatefilters.cab file.
