Continental Resources shares rise 16.29% |
Continental Resources shares made a 16.29 leap Monday after the company announced favorable first quarter earnings. Continental's shares closed at $50.97, up $7.14 on the New York Stock Exchange. Continental's first quarter profits were up
64 percent and the company earned $88 million, or 52 cents per share, ahead of the 49 cents predicted by analysts.
