#1. The real reason we hate to exercise.

OK_ The real reason we HATE to exercise is
because we just don't "cotton-picken"
FEEEEEL like it!

Can I get an Amen sister?

The reasons we don't feel like it are...
A.Emotional and mental
B.Physical.

Let's do some EFT for the emotional and
mental and then I will tell you something
to help with the physical.

#1. We hate to exercise because we fear
it won't be fun.
Even though I hate even the thought of
exercise because I am sure it won't be fun,
I deeply love and accept myself.

POSITIVE choice:
Even though I fear it won't be fun, I
choose to release this fear and enjoy
it just a little bit.

I could even get to like this.
I release the failures of the past.
I only need to exercise a little to
feel more energetic.

#2. We hate to exercise because it takes
up too much time.

Even though I hate to exercise because
it takes up too much time, and that is
a great excuse, I love and forgive myself.

Even though I hate to exercise because it
takes up too much time- I could let it
begin by adding more steps to my day.
I could park farther away at the market.
I could put on some music and dance.

Even though I may never LOVE to exercise I
give permission for my body to start to
move more.

OK_ I hope you are feeling a bit more energetic-
I had to stop and dance a lick or two myself!

Now, here is something that will give you more
energy and a funny story about how I
discovered this.

I went on a cruise this year and made friends
with a pretty 40ish lady and her husband.

We went dancing almost every night.

Well, since she was on vacation, she liberally
put away the liquor. I was astonished to see
her morning after morning up at the crack
of dawn exercising.
(If I have more than ONE drink, I cannot get
up early without dire consequences)

So, I asked her how on earth she could
dance and drink till the wee hours and
than get up and exercise so early.

"Well, she said, my dad owned a bar and
he would give clients this "green stuff"
to take the next morning for a hangover-
it works great!"

Of course, I just had to find out what
"green stuff" she was talking about.

#3. Questions about Azna

I have gotten lots of emails asking me all
kinds of questions about petitioning Azna.

I suggested you petition Azna, sing her
song for 5 days in a row and She will give
you signs She hears and the answer is on the way.
Flowers
Frogs
Bees

You can do this as many times as you want to.
You can sing her song as many times as you want.

There are basically no rules.

I sang the song and petitioned on behalf
of someone else and one of my lifelong
dreams came true. One I had not even asked for.

So, please, just sing and petition and expect
guidance and a few miracles along the way.
