account with Saxo Bank A/S.
- Please find attached an Account Application for a private or corporate account.
- This application refers to the General Business Terms & Risk Disclosure Statement which you can download here.
There are two ways to fill out the Client Application
Form. You may use the automated version on
www.saxobank.com (recommended) or print the attached
form and fill it out manually.
You need the free Acrobat Reader to print and view the files in Acrobat. If you don't have it yet, download it for free at
Adobe.

Please print the General Business Terms & Risk
Disclosure Statement and read the document
carefully.

If you agree with the content, please complete and
sign the Client Application Form. Please be advised
that if you are applying on behalf of a corporation
the authorised signatories of the company must sign
the Client Application Form. Failure to complete all
sections may result in the application form being
returned to you with the account unopened. The
information you provide us with will help us meet
your needs and ensure we offer you the right
products and services.

Submit the signed Client Application Form to Saxo
Bank A/S along with the following documentation:
If you are applying for an
account as an individual client (private account):

If you are applying for an account on behalf of a corporation
(corporate account):

a copy of your passport (valid and signed) and
a proof of residency ,
, e.g. National ID Card, Social Security Card, drivers license (provided that it
states your current address), bank statement or utility bill. The documentation
must be valid (i.e. not expired) and bank statements and utility bills must have
been issued within the last 6 months.)

a copy of the company´s Certificate of Incorporation (or other
official transcript from the local Commerce and Companies Agency)
a copy of the company's Articles of Association (signed by the
original subscribers)
a copy of any corporate document stating who can sign on
behalf of the company and
a copy of the passport of the company signatories in order for us to verify their signatures.

For fast processing, please return the completed form along with the above
mentioned documentation to us by either:

Please note that if you send in your application via email or fax, you still need to submit the original within 14 days, via standard mail.
