President George W. Bush held a press conference today addressing the biggest concern on the minds of many Americans, the economy. With oil prices reaching record highs, gas prices flirting with $4 a gallon, the rapidly rising cost of food and the home mortgage crisis, Americans are demanding answers and solutions. Is there anything the government can do? ABC's Betsy Stark will have the latest.

Vaccine Alert:
A new report out today reveals some startling information concerning the vaccination of the nation's children. The report states that approximately a quarter of young children are improperly vaccinated. How will parents react to this information? Will we see fewer children being vaccinated in the years to come? ABC's John McKenzie brings us this surprising report.

Virginia Tornadoes:
Last night at least three tornadoes touched down in southern Virginia, damaging hundreds of homes. But when you see how bad the devastation is, what's amazing is that no one was killed. ABC's David Kerley explains how so many lives were saved.
