from Ken Little With oil floating near $120 a barrel and gold close to $900 an ounce, commodities make seem like the place to be in this turbulent market. That may have been true had you got in before prices skyrocketed, now, however, one has to wonder if we aren't looking at some speculative bubble. Proponents may cite a number of reasons for the run ups, but nothing completely explains the current high prices (not even the anemic dollar). Remember, all bubbles have one thing in common. |
