from Jolinda Hackett Chop, heat, stir, season, done! To get the most nutrition out of your vegetables, you want to cook them as little as possible, and a quick vegetable stir-fry will do the trick! Use a good quality oil, plenty of spices, and you're on your way. I like to add a bit of diced pineapple to a stir-fry, and I often an add bit of nutritional yeast towards the end of the cooking time as well, for extra flavor. |
