    Bullies Taunt Allergic Kids With Peanuts

    Bills Would Ban Dropouts from Driving
    Teens who drop out of school could lose their licenses under bills proposed in the California legislature. The bills apply to dropouts and habitual truants who would be unable to drive unless they return to school, reach age 18, or qualify for a hardship waiver.
