Putting service control in the hands of customers within restaurants is a 'killer app'. These devices will increase staff efficiency, increase 'basket size', up-sell, entertain, provide new sources of revenue and speed up customer turnaround. If ways can be found for restaurant owners to fund the capex required to roll out - then these devices will be appearing on a table near you very soon..
