About:

My name is Carole Hampshire and I am from
Central Alberta, Canada. I started using
Hugware about approx. 3-4 years ago for online
signatures. I started thinking about all
of the other uses for Hugware and was hooked
- it is so versatile!!
I have used it for scrapbooking, crafting,
and most recently, as clipart in our weekly
church bulletins.
Recently, we were in the process of adopting
our son (21 months) and we were told that
we had to have a scrapbook to give him before
we started our preplacement visits. These
books help the child to become familiar with
the adoptive family during the process. They
go through the book constantly before the
placement when the adoptive family is not
there. That way everyone stays familiar and
fresh in their mind.
I was only given a week to do a book about
the entire family! I also had to do pages
with our vehicles (because he is such a little
boy lol), house, and his room.
The first thing I thought of was my Hugware.
I love the way that it works with coreldraw.
(I work in the printing industry and corel
is my choice for creating.) To create a book
so detailed in one week was very daunting
but with the hugware, it didn't take me anytime
at all! I really enjoyed creating it.
The first preplacement visit, we took the
album and gave it to the foster mom. Both
the foster mom and the adoption worker were
so impressed and I told them it was the hugware.
It made it look fantastic.
Thank you for such a terrific product and
to the artists for such awesome content!!
Thanks
