Chris Rock Testifies


Actor and comedian Chris Rock took the stand today in the trial of Hollywood private investigator Anthony Pellicano. Pellicano is accused of using illegal methods to obtain information for his star clients, which include Chris Rock and comedian Gary Shandling. ABC's Mary Fulginiti reports from Los Angeles. 'The Mountain That Eats Men'


High in the Andes Mountains, children as young as 15 risk their lives by toiling in the 500-year-old silver mines of Potosi, Bolivia. The mines have claimed the lives of an estimated 8 million American Indians and African slaves during their history. Child laborers continue to work in the dangerous conditions today, without safety gear or ventilation, supporting their poverty-stricken families. ABC's Jeffrey Kofman reports. Read more here.

Remembering MLK


Today marks the 40th anniversary of the assassination of civil rights leader Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. He was honored by presidential candidates and civil rights leaders in a ceremony this morning in Memphis. That is where 39-year-old King was shot dead while helping organize a strike of city sanitation workers. All of these years later, are American lives and politics any closer to being free of the racial divide?
