The Lance Armstrong Foundation is challenging educators to get students involved in the fight against cancer. Participating classes will have the opportunity to enter the LIVESTRONG at School contest to win a visit to their school from champion cyclist and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong. To get involved, educators can teach a lesson from the LIVESTRONG at School curriculum and work with their students to answer the question, “What does LIVESTRONG mean to you?” The class that submits the winning entry will receive a visit from Lance Armstrong. Second prize is Nike gear from the LIVESTRONG Collection for your class, and third prize is a LIVESTRONG at School poster signed by Lance for the classroom and LIVESTRONG wristbands for the entire school. All who register will receive a LIVESTRONG at School poster to hang in the classroom and yellow wristbands for their class. The entry submission deadline is May 1.
