from Jolinda Hackett Eat breakfast! Lately I've been skipping breakfast, as I'm just not hungry. My nutritionist, however, has told me that I should be eating at least a small breakfast of 300 calories or so, even if I'm not hungry, as it will get my body moving and give me energy for the rest of the day. So I've got breakfast on the mind lately. Here's some resources to get you thinking about breakfast too. |
