I've been having a lot of fun learning yoga the past few weeks! If you think Yoga is a boring sit-and-stare-at-the-wall activity, think again. The benefits you can gain from yoga are immense. You learn how to get stress relief and calm. You help your shoulders stretch. You build up arm strength. You get a better sense of balance.

I had some excitement with my parakeets. Santo and Pinto got into a squabble and Santo ended up with a chewed-on foot. Luckily she is healing up nicely! Read here for tips on keeping your keets happy and healthy.

A *lot* of people are running into financial trouble right now. If you are looking for extra cash, I definitely recommend looking into working from home, even part time. Most of my friends work from home / for themselves and are quite happy doing it. The key is to do something you LOVE since you will be spending a lot of time at it :) If you love painting flowers, sell paintings of flowers! If you love sewing dresses, you can easily sell them on eBay. I have a lot of advice here -
