2008 COMPENSATIONS FOR CYBER FRAUD VICTIMS.

This is to inform you that due to the CYBER FRAUD CRIME going on all
over
the world, the United Nations have decide to organize a program "LIFT
ABOVE
CYBER FRAUD ORGANIZATION" (LACFO). This is to help stop the internet
fraud
and we have also decided to use this opportunity to compensate CYBER

victims, as part of the clearance/verification exercise for payments by
