  I am retired from the military and my wife and I want to travel everywhere now...only she's not such a great navigator! About 3 years ago I read my first article about TomTom GO 300. I happened on one just before Father's Day in Wal-Mart. I figured it was just what I needed to prevent all those hurt feelings on the road.
This summer we took a trip from Florida to Arizona to see my son, who is also in the military. We like to keep one nav system in the motorhome and, also, one in the car when we are traveling...It's one of those 'Life is Good' benefits. So, of course, they fell in love with our TomTom device on a daytrip we all took together. My son said he was putting TomTom on his wish list. So we gave him our first one.
My son recently was reassigned to Fort Hood, Tx and his wife called me as soon as they arrived and told me she'd already been out house hunting using her TomTom. She said it was wonderful to be able to quickly go to an address in a strange town and because of that she had the opportunity to see so many different homes. She found a house in 3 days. Now there are three generations in our family that count on their TomTom. Some things you just can't wait to inherit! Charles Davis
