Consumer Vigilantes


Customers forced to sit on hold for 20 minutes at a time — just to cancel their Internet or phone service — are beginning to fight back against poor customer service. They are venting their frustration on the Web, some even destroying the companies' products on camera. David Kerley reports on the consumer revolution.

Canyoneering


Daring visitors to Chile's Llanquihue National Park don't just take in the scenery from a charter bus. Instead, they live the scenery — jumping off cliff tops and riding down steep river canyons in wet suits, gloves and helmets. The Death of a Breed


The great tradition of the Englishman and his purebred canine companion may be in jeopardy — from Hollywood. The native British dog breeds once popular with kings and conquerors, like the Glen of Imaal terrier and the Irish water spaniel, may now be dying out as foreign breeds become more popular. Could Paris Hilton's infectious love for Chihuahuas be part of the cause? ABC's Gloria Riviera reports from London.
